Commercial Roofing Across Yavapai County.

Check the weather at the other end of the drive. Prescott Valley, AZ sits near 5,100 feet, and the towns we serve range from lower, warmer ground at Cordes Lakes to cooler, snowier ground at Chino Valley. A roof's exposure changes with the elevation, so the walk, the photos and the findings sheet adjust with it. The areas below are where we work.

More About Service Areas

Inside Prescott Valley

The downtown Entertainment District holds the Event Center and the buildings around it. The retail corridors follow Glassford Hill Road and the State Route 69 corridor. On the east side, Fain Road and Big Sky Business Park draw manufacturers and distributors. Each place has its own mix of roofs, equipment and schedules.

Large retail roofs and small shop roofs sit side by side here. The walk is the same for both. We check edges, seams, drains and curbs, photograph each finding and rank it. The size of the roof changes the number of items, not the order of the work.

Prescott and the nearby towns

Prescott lies about 10 miles west and holds the VA campus at Fort Whipple. Chino Valley sits about 15 miles north of Prescott on Highway 89. Dewey-Humboldt lies about 15 miles east of Prescott in the Agua Fria River Valley, and Mayer sits farther along Highway 69. Further along, Cordes Lakes lies at the junction of State Route 69 and Interstate 17, at a noticeably lower elevation.

Each of these towns has its own weather and its own buildings. Chino Valley averages about 7.1 inches of snow a year. Dewey-Humboldt has historic buildings on Humboldt's Main Street. Mayer has an older business block and the 2017 Goodwin Fire in its history. We write each sheet for the building in front of us.

Toward the Verde Valley

State Route 89A runs from Prescott Valley toward Jerome and Cottonwood. Cottonwood and the other Verde Valley communities, among them Clarkdale, Camp Verde and Cornville, are a longer drive, and a drive that long belongs in the bid as its own line. We group these visits by route, so an owner with two buildings pays for one trip.

How distance changes the plan

Distance adds travel time, and elevation changes the weather. A roof near Chino Valley may need a snow and ice check in late fall. A roof on lower ground, such as the one at Cordes Lakes, may need a closer look at sun-aged sealant. Emergency calls are taken day and night, and the arrival estimate comes with the booking.

Commercial Roofing Questions

Does elevation change how a roof ages?

Yes. Higher ground sees more freezing and snow. Lower ground sees more sun and heat. We tune the walk to each, with a closer look at ice damage in one case and at sealant and seam shrinkage in the other.

Can one visit cover buildings in two towns?

Often. Towns on the same route can be grouped into one trip, and the bid shows the shared travel cost.

Do outlying towns get the same findings sheet?

Yes. The sheet, the photos and the ranking are the same everywhere we work.

How fast can a crew reach a distant building?

Route and hour decide it. An arrival estimate comes with the booking, and the first visit goes to stopping water.

Request a walk-through

Ask for a roof walk and tell us which town the building is in. We will deliver a written findings sheet with photos before any repair is priced.
